Global Binders shape cellular RNA Universes
Abstract : Virtually all cellular events involving RNA molecules, including transcription, maturation, transport, storage, functioning, and degradation, proceed through formation of ribonucleoprotein complexes (RNPs). These RNA-protein interactions represent particular aspects of the molecular behaviour of RNA and may constitute minimal structural/ functional units with direct physiological implications. Therefore, understanding of functions of RNA requires the detailed knowledge of RNA interactome. These and connected subjects will be discussed.
